Cookie Policy

This page explains the one cookie that pinakx.com sets. It is written for a visitor. The site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels, and it does not load fonts from another website.

The cookie

The cookie is named pinakx_cookie_ack. Its value is 1. It belongs to pinakx.com and is not sent to another website. It is stored for 180 days. It applies to the whole site (path /) and is marked SameSite=Lax. When the page is opened over HTTPS, the browser is also told to send the cookie only on a secure connection. The script on this website reads the cookie so it can hide the notice.

The cookie is set only after you click Acknowledge on the notice at the bottom of a page. If you do not click that button, the cookie is not set and the notice stays visible. Its only job is to remember that choice so the notice stays hidden on later visits in the same browser.

What the site does not set

The enquiry form does not set a cookie. The site does not set a cookie to measure visits, to show ads, or to follow you on other websites. Type on the page is served from font files on this website.

The server may keep a rate-limit file of timestamps, as described in the Privacy Policy. That file is not a cookie. The page cannot read it.

Your choice

You can delete pinakx_cookie_ack in your browser settings. If you block cookies, the notice will appear again. Blocking it does not stop the contact form from working. If the cookie’s name, lifetime, or purpose changes, this page will be updated before the new cookie is used. This policy was last updated on 19 October 2026, the same date shown at the top of the page.
