Corporate and Commercial Photography

Photographs of people, workplaces, and services, with a commercial licence written in the estimate.

Commercial photography for Pinakx Photography is work a business will publish: services, workplaces, and the people who deliver them. The pictures are not licensed for advertising until the estimate says which uses are included, and the day is not booked until that estimate is accepted.

Business photography and brand sessions.

Business photography might be a founder in the place where the work happens, a team at a bench, or a service shown clearly enough that a client can understand it. A branding photographer scopes those frames with you before the day. Personal branding that is really a set of simple portraits for LinkedIn is usually a better fit for headshot photography, where the time per person is the whole point.

Corporate portraits inside a larger job.

Corporate portrait photography can be part of a commercial day when a few people need a consistent picture for the same website. A large team, photographed one after another, is a headshot block. Mixing the two without enough minutes makes both weaker. The estimate separates them when both are required.

Industrial and workplace photography.

Commercial industrial photography happens only with site permission and a safety briefing. The photographer does not arrive at a yard or a plant and invent access. If products need to be isolated on a clean background, move that part of the job to product photography. If the assignment is a conference or a dinner, use event photography.

What the commercial licence needs to say.

Corporate photography services are priced from hours, locations, lighting, retouching, and the licence. A licence for an owned website is different from a licence for paid advertising or a campaign that will run for years. Name the uses. Unnamed uses are not included. No sample commercial rate is published here.

Preparation, the commercial day, and the files.

01

Preparation

List the people, rooms, and services that must appear, and name every use the licence should cover, such as a website or a sales deck. Unlisted uses are not included.

02

Session

The day follows that list. A workplace needs the site’s permission and any safety rules before the photographer arrives.

03

Delivery

Files are delivered as the estimate describes, licensed only for the uses written there. Paid advertising is a separate line if you need it.

Questions about commercial work.

What is included in commercial photography?

The estimate covers the hours, the location, the lighting plan, and a commercial licence for the uses you name, such as a website or a sales deck. Uses you do not name are not included.

Do corporate portraits replace headshots?

A few leadership portraits can sit inside a brand session. A full team of professional headshots is booked on the headshot page so the time per person is realistic.

Can you photograph industrial or workplace sites?

Yes, when the site supervisor confirms safety rules and where the photographer may stand. Industrial photography is scheduled, not improvised at a gate.

Is business photography available in every listed city?

You can request any city on the form. The estimate says whether that city and date can be taken. The studio does not claim a commercial studio lease.

How should a branding session be prepared?

Decide which services, people, and rooms must appear, and which files need a commercial licence. That list becomes the estimate. Unlisted logos and locations are not assumed.
