Preparation
Send the address, the rooms or exteriors to cover, and who has given permission for the visit. Say if the files are for one listing or for a longer design use. Aerial work and floor plans are included only if you ask for them here.

Properties
Listing, interior, and architectural photographs with a licence written for the use you name.
Real estate photography from Pinakx Photography is made for a specific property and a specific use. A visit happens only when the occupant or agent has given permission and the written estimate names that property. The site does not publish a sample rate and does not claim a brokerage affiliation.
A listing appointment covers the exteriors and interiors named in the estimate, in the time booked. Professional real estate photography is not an open-ended wait while rooms are still being staged, unless that waiting time is part of the hours. The licence for a listing is described in the estimate. Using the same files later for a developer’s long campaign is a different licence and has to be written down.
Architectural photography and interior photography can serve a listing or a design portfolio. Vertical lines, window light, and what is left in the frame are decided before the visit when the pictures are for an architect or a designer. An interior photographer still needs access, a parking or loading plan if equipment is involved, and a clear list of rooms. Aerial photographs and measured floor plans are not included unless the estimate says so.
Real estate photography pricing follows the property, the number of finished images, travel inside the city, and whether several listings are grouped in one day. Real estate photography cost for a compact apartment is not the cost for a large house with a separate exterior plan at dusk. Rates are the accepted estimate, not a city-wide card. Affordable coverage, where it is appropriate, means fewer finished images or a smaller property, stated in advance.

The visit stays inside the time in the accepted estimate. Waiting while a room is still being staged is part of the job only when those hours were written down.
Finished images are licensed for the use named in the estimate. A later campaign needs a new licence.
The estimate lists the property, the rooms or exteriors to cover, the time on site, and the licence for marketing that listing. Twilight, aerial work, and floor plans are included only if the estimate says so.
Cost follows the size of the property, the number of final images, travel within the city, and whether the visit is a single listing or several on one day. The site does not publish a sample rate.
Yes. Architectural and interior photographs can support a listing or a design portfolio. The licence differs if the files will be used beyond one property listing, and the estimate will say which.
Use the city list on the form. Two properties are estimated separately when the addresses or the light are different. The estimate, not this page, confirms the visit.
Sometimes, if the addresses are close enough and each property has a realistic time block. The estimate confirms that schedule. It is not assumed from a single enquiry.
