Music events and running events are photographed only when the organiser grants access. Buying a ticket is not the same as permission to work as the event photographer. If access is confirmed, the estimate states where the photographer may go and how the files may be used.
Shorter coverage, clearly scoped.
Searches for affordable event photography usually want a smaller bill. The honest version is a shorter booking: arrivals and speeches, for example, without dancing until the end. That limit is written down. It is not a discounted rate with an unspoken full day.
