You say which city the photographs are for, what has to be photographed, and the date you have in mind. If the studio can take that day, the reply is a written estimate. The estimate is the package: hours, place, deliverables, and the licence to use the files. Sending the form does not reserve the date.

A wedding photography package lives on the wedding page because the hours and the licence are different from a product day. If you are comparing cost, ask what the files allow you to do. A low figure with no licence, no delivery date, and no hour count is not comparable to a written estimate. The studio does not advertise itself as a cheap photographer. The estimate is specific instead.
